WEPA Tec Centro Lebanon offers hands-on workforce training in three high-demand fields: Medical, Culinary, and Trades/Computer. Whether you’re pursuing a career in healthcare, honing your skills in the kitchen, or mastering a trade, our programs provide the education and experience needed to succeed.

Workforce Training
General Course Information
Tec Centro of Lebanon offers convenient training courses for a variety of industries and career paths. These courses are designed to quickly and comprehensively prepare the individual or the student for the workforce with opportunities for continued growth. Explore the current course offerings below and sign up using the link provided.
- Program eligibility requirements vary by program, which may include: English assessment, criminal background checks, medical clearances, and drug screenings.
- All applicants are required to meet with career navigators to determine program and scholarship eligibility.
- Attending an information session or signing up on the internet list does not guarantee enrollment.
- Most program costs are covered through community donations and grants. Students should understand that the community is investing in them, so students are expected to take this opportunity seriously. and remain committed to completion.
- Courses may have a $25-$100 processing fee plus the cost of books/uniforms, a criminal background check, and if needed, a medical exam.
- For most programs, a high school diploma or GED is required. Each course, except for forklift training, includes Essential Skills Training, which includes customer service, soft skills, financial wellness, and a job readiness component.
- Training may last between 3 to 9 months, depending on the program. Most programs will meet three to five times a week.
- Upon completion of the class, students will receive a certificate of completion and/or will sit for National or State Certification Examinations.
- Classes available day and evening, depending upon the program.
