Our neighborhoods are comprised of many different cultures and each one plays a major role in the growth and development of our communities. WEPA fosters engagement by offering programs and events which will increase our understanding and appreciation of a multicultural world.

Facilitating economic self-sufficiency and personal empowerment through bilingual education, workforce training, and job readiness.
Adult Basic Education
WEPA empowers adult learners by providing a supportive path to high school equivalency and improved language skills. We believe in education for all, offering the resources and environment necessary for our community to thrive.
