From the Heart of Tec Centro Lebanon
A February Message of Growth, Courage, and Community
Dear Friends and Supporters,
This February, we take a moment to reflect on the power of community, opportunity, and commitment. At Tec Centro Lebanon, we are proud to share stories that truly come from the heart—stories of students who invested in themselves, their families, and their futures.
🎓 Celebrating Achievement at Tec Centro Lebanon

Our recent graduates represent the strength and determination that make our community thrive. Each certificate earned is a step toward new stability, new careers, and new possibilities.
Student Success Stories
Enid’s Story: Finding Confidence, Skills, and a Career That Fits

Enid Medero first came to Tec Centro Lebanon hoping to strengthen her English. What she gained was far more: confidence, professional skills, and a clear path forward.
She completed:
- Conversational English
- Employment Services
- Healthcare Office Assistant
- Office Professional
Today, Enid is working full‑time as a Patient Access Specialist with Union Community Care.
“This was possible thanks to the incredible support of Tec Centro and the staff who believed in me every step of the way,” Enid shared.
Stephanie’s Story: Taking the Wheel Toward a Stronger Future

Stephanie Ferreira joined the CDL Class A program to build a better future for her family. Getting behind the wheel of an 18‑wheeler was intimidating at first, but with encouragement from instructors and her career navigator, she quickly found her confidence.
In just six weeks, Stephanie earned her CDL Class A license and plans to pursue additional endorsements to continue advancing her career.
Keichsla’s Story: Building Purpose, Stability, and a Better Life

For Keichsla Morales Peña, the Dental Assistant program was a path toward stability and renewed purpose. Balancing work, school, and single parenthood was challenging, but she remained committed.
Before even completing the program, Keichsla was hired by a local dental office.
“Some days felt impossible, but I wanted to show my son that his mom could do hard things.”
Miriam’s Story: Achieving a Long‑Awaited Dream

After 18 years without finishing high school, Miriam Velázquez Vélez took a bold step forward by enrolling in Tec Centro Lebanon’s HiSET preparation program in Spanish.
Through dedication and support from instructors and staff, she passed all five exams and earned her diploma.
Within one week, she interviewed—using English for the entire conversation—and secured a job with a local school.
“I can proudly say that I achieved a long‑awaited goal.”
Why These Stories Matter
Each of these students reminds us of what’s possible when access, support, and belief come together. Their journeys reflect the mission of Tec Centro Lebanon and the Tec Centro Regional Network: to walk alongside individuals who are transforming their lives and strengthening the communities around them.
Thank you for being part of this work and for supporting opportunities that lead to lasting change.
