Our Workforce Development Training Programs are designed to equip individuals with practical skills, hands‑on experience, and the confidence to step into growing fields across both Allied Health and the Trades.
Whether you’re looking to begin a new career pathway, re-enter the workforce, or strengthen your current skill set, our programs offer an accessible and supportive starting point. With sponsored tuition opportunities, small class environments, and dedicated instructors, students receive the guidance they need to succeed.
To help future learners explore their options, we host Information Sessions occasional Mondays at 10 AM and Tuesdays at 5 PM. These sessions give prospective students a chance to learn about program tracks, training expectations, and how WEPA can help them reach their professional goals.
Our Allied Health programs include Medical Records & Billing Specialist, Dental Assistant, Medical Assistant, Nurse Aide, and Phlebotomy. For individuals interested in hands‑on trade careers, we also offer CDL Class A and Forklift training. Each pathway is built to meet industry standards while preparing students for long-term employment and advancement.
